Can’t find what you need? Talk to sales.

Is this a power dialer?

No. It is click-to-call: reps call one lead or contact at a time from the record. There is no call queue or auto-dialing.

Which calling provider does it use?

Calling runs on the Ainvox integration, which you connect in Setup → Integrations.

Can I download call recordings?

Recordings play inside the CRM for people with recording permission. Downloads are not offered.

Can I call deals or accounts?

Calls are placed to leads and contacts, so call the contact behind a deal or account.
